I had the pleasure of joining Gene Sullivan on AM1280 the Patriot today, for Gene’s long running show Where You Live. If you’re not familiar with it, he has an hour radio show each Saturday at 10 a.m. that talks about all kinds of HOA issues. He invited me on the show today to discuss the HOA issue that we blogged about a few days back, concerning a Florida HOA where a resident not only violated an outbuilding clause in the covenants, but also decided to take upon himself to trademark (for his personal use) the name of the HOA!  Really, it can’t get any more bizarre.
