Fox 9 Minneapolis ran a story last night about an Eden Prairie HOA resident who had mold popping up inside of her home, and it was in such a magnitude that the residents fled the dwelling due to alarming levels of it.

The owner of the home contacted the HOA property manager, and an inspection ensued.  It was determined that the mold was not related to structural issues controlled by the association, so the resident was informed that clean up and mitigation would be the homeowner’s responsibility.

As always with these news reports we don’t always get both sides of the story, so no telling from the FOX 9 report on what were the actual findings and conclusions from experts.
