We completed Part 2 of our 3-part webinar series yesterday with SJJ Law.  Finn Jacobsen was along for the ride and did a great job explaining how association governance (meeting management, communications on board packets, etc) will change potentially under the new law that goes into effect on January 1.  SF 1750 was passed into law on May 12 by the Governor after a rather “uneventful” debate on the subject during this year’s sessions in St. Paul.
