It’s always interesting for me to conduct interviews with subject matter experts in the HOA industry. I’ve done a fair amount of them, and recently I visited with John Geis of Minnesota Exteriors while they were putting on a roof at Bards Crossing II, an HOA in Rosemount. I probably should have been in construction, given that I’m always fascinated by the process. So I went there to witness the job first hand.
