At our Oakdale chapter on Friday, we were privileged to have Phil Frosch, Former CFO of Sunstream (and a pedigree from other large companies) present to our chapter members on “HOA Budgeting and Finance 101.” I should mention that he’s retired and is the current president of LeMay Shores HOA in the south metro. It was a 40 minute presentation that was a great overview of all the financial and budgeting issues that HOA Leaders should know.
