Lynn Boergerhoff and I have been invited to conduct two speaking sessions at the upcoming Realtors’ Unite Conference in Brooklyn Park on September 18. The conference is described below:

The biggest and boldest real estate conference in Minnesota is coming—are you ready? Our Realtors® UNITE convention is heading back to the metro area this year. Get ready for two action-packed days of groundbreaking speakers, networking, fun, food, and up to 7 hours of CE!

We are excited to be part of this huge event, as our sessions will focus on providing continuing education on HOAs for realtors. We have had many requests from realtors about providing continuing ed, as HOAs are often misunderstood with the internal dynamics largely a mystery. We hope to dispel all the untruths by presenting a fresh and comprehensive look at how HOAs operate, the roles of HOA boards, the responsibilities of residents, disclosure of critical information to buyers, and much more.
