Last September, the HOA Leadership Network held its second annual HOA Day, and it was a big success. We have been busily working on the next event, which will be held on Thursday, October 30, from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Ames Center in Burnsville.

This is a new location for us, as we hope to accommodate a much larger crowd. The event, which is free to HOA Leaders in the metro, is designed to be a giant THANK YOU event for volunteering as a leader. We also have a string of outstanding speakers for attendees to enjoy, including Karl Mulle, an international speaker who will talk about the importance and impact of what we do as leaders. We will also feature Antony Startup, president of Criterium Twin Cities, who will discuss the importance of reserve studies for HOAs, and Ryan Fargo from SJJ Law, who will speak on the roles of HOA board members and residents alike.

In addition to speakers, we will have an expo that is designed to allow all members to mingle with our great network of sponsors who provide HOA services across the metro.

Lynn and I are also planning to discuss the HOA reform legislation that is bound to come back in the 2026 legislative session, and we’ll discuss how you can get involved in an advocacy role. It’s a jam packed event!

Advanced registration is open and it’s free.  The registration link is HERE.
