With January soon coming to a close (and not a moment too soon), we’re setting our sites on February chapters where we begin our Spring Startup Series for HOA leaders.  During February, March and April, we feature programming that is designed to assist our leaders with getting their HOAs ready for the growing season. Landscaping, irrigation, power washing, potential hail damage, exterior maintenance, and much more will be covered.

In anticipation of the warm sun and green grasses ahead, we are unveiling our next Pop-Up Survey, with this one revolving specifically around irrigation systems. We hear a lot of complaints from our leaders about irrigation systems, probably because many of us are dealing with aging systems that were designed with technology that is considered inefficient and outdated, and installed on properties that did not yet have so many overgrown trees, shrubs and other obstacles in the way. So with Christopher Gonzalez of Gonzo Bros as our featured speaker in February, the data we collect from our leaders will provide some interesting perspectives on the age and condition of HOA irrigation systems.

Please take a moment to fill it out and submit your answer. We’ll have the survey open for a few weeks.  CLICK HERE FOR SURVEY #3

By the way, if you’re looking for the results of Survey #1 on HOA fees, we blogged on it HERE.  The results of Survey #2 (on tree care) are being featured at January chapters and will be revealed here after our Maple Grove chapter on January 27.
