Lynn Boergerhoff and I have been asked to appear on separate panels at the 13th Annual Minnesota Condo and HOA Summit on November 19 in Golden Valley, an educational event that applies toward continuing education credits for realtors. We are both looking forward to being involved.

Lynn will be appearing on the panel titled “Evaluating Insurance in 2025 and Beyond,” which should be an interesting dive into the insurance crisis that faces HOAs and other homeowners in this country.

I was asked to appear on the panel called “Condo and HOA State of the Market,” which is sure to cover a lot of ground, too, as it includes sales trends, communications for boards, zoning impacts and more.
