The demand is high for education on SF 1750, the so-called “HOA Bill of Rights” that goes into effect on January 1, 2027 . We already have nearly 400 people signed up for our second webinar on August 26 at 9 a.m., which will cover “association governance” and the impact the legislation will have on meeting management, resident involvement, communications and material distribution, and so much more.

Due to the demand, we’ve added even more seats so we can take many more people on the webinar (we were limited by our Zoom license but have worked out a higher capacity with their sales team. Thanks Zoom!).

Of course, we will record the webinar for those who can’t make it, but if you want to attend live, be sure to register now. No guarantees as to how long the extra capacity will remain as extra capacity.  Questions will be taken via the chat feature only.

By the way, Part 3 is September 30 at 9 a.m., and the QR code to register will be included at the end of the webinar on August 26 and publicized after that.
