We occasionally spot interesting HOA stories across the country, and this one from Houston, TX recently caught our eye. Turns out an entire HOA board was recently replaced due to a lack of maintenance and communications concerns. And it wasn’t without physical assaults.
According to KHOU-TV Channel 11’s reporting:
Homeowners previously complained about delayed or overlooked maintenance, an unresponsive board, and even tensions that erupted into violence. There’s also been a protracted battle in Harris County Civil Court.
