October 19, 2025 | Mark Luis Foster

We’ve been planning for this event all year and it’s hard to believe it’s now less than two weeks away.  HOA Day 2025 is set to be a great event, with more than 360 HOA Leaders registered so far to attend. This is more than double our attendance at last year’s event.

If you’ve been planning to come but still haven’t registered, do it now as registrations will close at the end of the day on Monday, October 20.

We have a great line up for the event, including international speaker Karl Mulle, who will address the attendees on the importance of volunteerism and what we do as leaders for our HOAs. Antony Startup of Criterium Engineers has an enlightening segment on the impact and importance of HOA reserve studies. Ryan Fargo of SJJ Law will speak on the roles and responsibilities of homeowners and board leaders alike.

Lynn Boergerhoff and I also have an update on HOA reform legislation for the 2026 Minnesota legislative session and how our members can get involved.

There’s a full expo of our sponsors on display, with chances to win prizes and to take home some great freebies.

The event takes place at the Ames Center in Burnsville, MN on Thursday morning, October 30, and doors open at 8 a.m. We have breakfast sandwiches, coffee, water and tea for free, plus all attendees will receive a grab bag of goodies when they arrive.

We sure hope to see you there!
