I had the pleasure of again being on Gene Sullivan’s radio show, Where You Live, on AM1280 The Patriot. It will air on Saturday at 10 a.m.

It’s only a brief segment, but in that time Gene asked me about our recent HOA Day annual event and how the event transpired. Gene was one of our featured speakers at the 2024 event, so it holds a special place for him. We also briefly wandered into the HOA Reform Legislation topic, which we also covered during HOA Day this year and will keep an eye on as the session gets rolling in 2026.
