I mentioned in an earlier blog this week that I would be appearing on Gene Sullivan’s Where You Live radio broadcast, and that happened today. Gene’s program is on AM 1280 the Patriot and each week he tracks a lot of HOA industry issues across the nation.

He had me on his show to briefly discuss HOA Day, our annual event of the HOA Leadership Network, and then asked a few questions about our “crystal ball” on the HOA reform legislation that is expected in the 2026 Minnesota Legislature.
