Ten months of active planning for a major event has paid off! HOA Day 2026 is in the books, with a record crowd and high energy yesterday, October 24, at Base Camp in Fort Snelling. It was our fourth annual event, and considering the very first one attracted just 30 people, it’s obvious the network has come a long, long way. We estimated a crowd of 300.
Our featured guest, Joe Schmit, former Channel 5 sports anchor, and now author and speaker, was a big hit. We also held an informative panel discussion that discussed a variety of HOA board issues, from communications, to disputes with residents, to SF 1750.
We had a photographer on site and we’ll see some of those pics later this week. Here are a few (below) taken from various sources.
So I’ll write more later. But for now, if you attended, THANK YOU. We appreciate your support of the HOA Leadership Network.
