From Trip Hazards to Full Replacement: Real Stories Every Board Should Hear: During this interesting presentation, Joe Hagen of JW Asphalt/ Benchmark Concrete will share four real-world HOA stories that show how boards navigated difficult asphalt and concrete issues, partnered through the process, and achieved successful outcomes. Attendees will leave with practical insight into how to plan smarter, avoid costly mistakes, and make more confident decisions for their communities.

We’ll discuss the hidden costs of deferred exterior maintenance and what to look for as a board member for each category (roofing, siding, decks, gutters, windows, doors, etc.) to stay ahead of the game.
