Our February chapter meetings of the HOA Leadership Network are getting underway, with the first meeting in Eagan on February 11. If you’re signed up as a member from our website, you will receive regular updates on all chapter locations, times and details.
We’re excited to kick off February with two great presenters:
Scott Hurm from Crest Exteriors will talk about Ice Dams, how they’re formed and what you can do to prevent them. He’ll also cover other winter maintenance items that will be beneficial for HOA leaders, as many problems can crop up in HOA land when the temps plummet.
Bob Penney of Copper Penney Training will address each chapter with some tips on how to handle emotionally charged and difficult situations with constituents. This is one you won’t want to miss!
The temps on Tuesday look bitterly cold, but we plan to move ahead with hot coffee; AND, the danishes are back, courtesy of Advanced Irrigation (Please be sure to thank Craig Ballensky for rescuing us on the donut situation).
If you’re not a member of our network, please sign up on our website and stay informed. As an HOA leader, you can attend our chapter meetings for free once you sign up.
