I had the pleasure of being with Gene Sullivan on his radio show Where You Live today on AM1280 the Patriot. Gene’s show revolves around HOA issues from across the country, and being that he lives in the twin cities, he made the April 2 HOA Day at the Capitol rally a topic of discussion.

We had a great discussion talking about the rally that brought in several hundred HOA leaders and supporters from across the metro area to oppose SF1750, the bill that purports to “reform” HOAs in Minnesota. The bill is full of terrible and unnecessary provisions that over-regulate HOAs that are already regulated by MCIOA and their own governing documents.
