Like many industries in this country, HOA property management is quickly evolving and changing due to the accelerated pace of technology, specifically artificial intelligence.  A quick scan of the news shows how AI is affecting many aspects of American life, and it can be a big advantage for companies like property managers that rely on reams of data and data management to make things more efficient.

If you’re interested in how technology is evolving in the HOA market, you won’t want to miss our November chapter meetings. Shaun Zavadsky, who is a VP at FirstService Residential in Minnesota, one of our sponsors, has a compelling presentation on the topic and will attend all chapters.

What I’ve learned about AI shows that while many aspects can be intimidating and hard to apply to some future condition, it has proven to be a powerful tool in communications and data management. I suspect when properly applied, AI in its best form will be profoundly helpful for board leaders who want higher levels of efficiency in communicating with residents, gaining feedback, and improving long-term management of the property.

Chapters schedules for November are:

Maple Grove: November 4

Oakdale: November 7

Eagan: November 11

Bloomington: November 18
