An HOA in Rogers is faced with a large bill that is a result of the board requiring its residents to get a full roof replacement. However, many residents in the HOA have stated the roofs have no damage. Fox 9 filed a report on the issue in December.

Homeowners in Dutch Knolls in Rogers attended a meeting in December to discuss concerns about a $16,000 invoice they each received. There are 96 homes in the HOA, and the board ruled that all homeowners must comply in getting their roof replaced.

“Right before Christmas, we get a $16,000 bill,” homeowner Caitlin Dahlgren stated.

“We got a letter less than 20 days ago saying that we need a new roof based on a tiny hailstorm that came on July 13,” said Dahlgren.

Community members said they raised questions to the board and property management company because most people did not notice damage to their property.
