It’s a busy month for the HOA Leadership Network. Our mission is to bring all members up to speed on information that is relevant and useful, and our spring series begins with a lineup of speakers to do just that.

It’s a bit unusual this month as we have different speakers at nearly every chapter. John Bristol of FCP Services, however, is our anchor, appearing at all chapter meetings. He will discuss the 5 things you need to inspect on surfaces when you do your walkarounds of HOA properties. It will be a great primer for all of us to look for the problems lurking on siding, stucco, trim and other surfaces.

Other speakers this month include: Joe Hagen, J&W Asphalt, on the truths you need to know about pavement installation and maintenance (Eagan); Aaron Brooksby of SJJ Law on legal matters for HOAs (Eagan); Ron Zillmer, Legacy-Trees on tree growth and sustainability (Oakdale); Kyle Mikesh of Kaeham Construction on the punch list items you need to check off when you walk around and inspect your HOA properties (Bloomington); and Antony Startup of Criterium Engineers on the need for reserve studies and how to use them (Maple Grove).

Also, a special appearance at all chapters from Finn Jacobsen (SJJ Law) will brief members on legislation in the state legislature that is sure to impact all of us.

Get ready for spring! We are getting underway this month. Please RSVP so we know you’re coming.
