As mentioned in our previous post on the House bill that under consideration in the state legislature that affects HOAs in Minnesota, we wanted you to have the chance to see the entire House hearing (House Housing Finance and Policy Committee) where many people provided testimony. While we think there are some good provisions in the bill (HF1268), there are some concerning issues that could affect how HOA Boards operate and govern, as well as the potential to increase HOA costs while suppressing (even more) the opportunities for HOA residents to volunteer on their boards.
